I had a very disappointing experience. My salesperson was unfamiliar with the vehicle and did not have it properly prepared for viewing. I repeatedly asked about the number of keys and was told there were two, only to be informed after the sale that there was only one. A few days later, I received a call stating there “was” in fact a second key. Before finalizing the purchase, we spoke with a manager about necessary deliverables, including a buff, PDR, and a full detail. I was told the car would be sent to their reconditioning center, but that never happened. The entire process felt rushed. Important details were overlooked, and the numbers on my paperwork were incorrect—resulting in me now having to wait for a reimbursement check to correct their mistake. Additionally, my salesperson kept my driver’s license and failed to return it—or even notify me that it was still at the dealership—despite me coming back the next day to pick up the vehicle. I had to call on day three to confirm they still had it. This experience lacked basic customer care. I’ve purchased several vehicles from Walser and other dealerships, and unfortunately, this has been the worst experience to date. More
