The service department ensured prompt service, even the repair needed that wasn't planned for in the appointment. Service advisor did all he could to maximize coupons to give me the best deal possible. H repair needed that wasn't planned for in the appointment. The waiting room and free snacks were nice while waiting for my car to be done. I was pretty disappointed by the diagnostic and proposed repairs. It was recommended that I pay $40 to replace my parking lig for my car to be done. I was pretty disappointed by the diagnostic and proposed repairs. It was recommended that I pay $40 to replace my parking lights. But, when I went to fix them myself, the lights turned on just by wiggling the wire (not worth $40). Additionally, I was told that my check engine light was on because the gas cap needed to be replaced. I paid about $100 for that replacement. But, the engine light came back on the next day. So, whatever the actual problem was, they didn't find it. More

Scheduling the appointment online was convenient and I was able to get a next day appointment at a time that was perfect for me. The service person greeted me the moment I arrived and told me that the ser was able to get a next day appointment at a time that was perfect for me. The service person greeted me the moment I arrived and told me that the service would take approximately one hour. The waiting area was comfortable and the snacks & beverages were a nice touch. My car was serviced in the time promised and the service person explained what was done and when to expect a brake job would be needed and presented me coupons for future service work.
