The service person greeted me the moment I arrived and told me that the ser was able to get a next day appointment at a time that was perfect for me. The service person greeted me the moment I arrived and told me that the service would take approximately one hour. The waiting area was comfortable and the snacks & beverages were a nice touch. My car was serviced in the time promised and the service person explained what was done and when to expect a brake job would be needed and presented me coupons for future service work. Excellent customer service at the service desk. The representative was very friendly and helpful.
