The dealership apparently had no record of the appointment I had made that day. The people working the front desk had poor customer service communication skills. The prices of specials on your web appointment I had made that day. The people working the front desk had poor customer service communication skills. I also waited for ten minutes after my vehicle was done for the workers to tell me my car was ready when I could see it done and they were not helping other customers. I will likely not come back due to the issues with booking and lack of transparent pricing. More
