The service was good but the administration is not the greatest. My old 2015 Outback is still on the system so I made an oil change appt for the 2015 car instead of the 2023. I don't understand why you can't put current car on one screen and all other "past" vehicles on another area of your database. It would be more user friendly for the customer. I also bought 6 oil changes and tire rotations that is good for 4 years. This was not in the data base. I had a gut feeling this would happen so I took a picture for proof that I had this. Good thing I did. At checkout they had trouble applying an oil change and rotation. I requested that I need a print out to reflect that I now have 5 remaining oil change and rotations left. Took them 5 minutes for them to do this. Now every time I need to use and apply my oil change rotation package; I have to bring my print proof with me. It would be nice that I can "trust" that Walser could keep this information on file accurately. More

Although the employees are great, some of the pricing is absurd. It costs $140 to replace 2 $15 filters which can be done in under 2 minutes. 1.5 hours for an oil change is way too long.
