This turned out to be a two trip process because parts had to be ordered which is not the most convenient. Nice people, good communication, prompt service and nice lobby to wait. I enjoy the dealership. Only frustration is I asked for my lights to assess for a burnt bulb. Arrived at 11:43 for just an oil change. Neil Knundson was the service person told us a 1 1/2 hours time never to be seen again . At 2:30 Beau Whitman asked us if we were help .supposedly Neil Knundson was the service person told us a 1 1/2 hours time never to be seen again .
