As a person who tries to stay loyal to a dealership/salesperson, I was leery of dealing with another business. The dealer I had previous bought four out of my last five vehicles asked me to wait a month to purchase a vehicle without offering much assistance. This angered my wife and she felt they didn't value my business so she asked to look with other dealers. Dealers from Pascagoula to Mobile were either unknowledgeable, or extremely high pressure so working with Walt Massey was a welcomed change.
