Above and beyond service I called the service center at 6:55 as I was driving into town, the call went to voice mail. I was experiencing difficulties with my vehicle. Becky Br I called the service center at 6:55 as I was driving into town, the call went to voice mail. I was experiencing difficulties with my vehicle. Becky Brown saw my call and CALLED ME BACK. She told me she would wait for me to arrive and process my repair claim. It took me 30 minutes to make it to the dealership. She stayed after work and was outstanding in service and kindness. She went above and beyond the call of duty! I was very impressed - especially in a day when great customer service is hard to find - I found it in the service center at the Walt Massey dealership with Becky Brown! Thank you! More
