Friendly staff I was most impressed with my first trip to the WM Jeep service center. Even though the service manager was out due to an emergency, the guys filling i I was most impressed with my first trip to the WM Jeep service center. Even though the service manager was out due to an emergency, the guys filling in were friendly and helpful. Never once did they act as if we were a bother or that they didn't have time for us. In fact, they took time to talk with us and find out how we were liking our new Grand Cherokee that we purchased a couple of months ago. My family has never had a bad experience at Walt Massey. More

Alignment Went in Saturday to talk about a specific 4 wheel alignment. They said they could do it. We even discussed what parts are to be adjusted. Came i Went in Saturday to talk about a specific 4 wheel alignment. They said they could do it. We even discussed what parts are to be adjusted. Came in monday first thing as we planned. He did a 2 wheel alignment and only did half that. The only thing touched was the tie rod. The drag link, track bar and control arms were not adjusted. I had to pay 80 dollars and then another 100 to go else where to have it done right. I dont like waisting money on a service on dont recieve. More
