I went in for a oil change on my sport and ended up trading it in for a full size Bronco. I got there at 12:45 and didn't leave till after 3pm. Sales man was nice, but seemed rather pushy or "saying th trading it in for a full size Bronco. I got there at 12:45 and didn't leave till after 3pm. Sales man was nice, but seemed rather pushy or "saying the right things to get the sale in". He showed me one full size bronco on the lot that sorta met the "wants" that I wanted in the bronco, but not exactly what I wanted. When I expressed this he mentioned it may be something that needs to be turned on after the vehicle is switched out of valet mode. It does not have the option that I wanted. Finance lady was nice but didn't seem very chatty. As we were going through all the paperwork she kept telling me she would ensure I got a copy of my paperwork but at the end of signing everything and going over it all she stated she couldn't get it to print me a copy of everything but she will email it to me. I bought my bronco in April of 2025. It is now July of 2025 an I still haven't gotten it even after calling up there, texting the dealership and even going up there. I keep getting told "we will have them email it to you". At this point it feels like they are intentionally not emailing it for some reason or hiding something, they won't even print it off for me to come pick it up. I have bought 3 cars over the last 3 years and 2 out of the 3 made sure I walked out the door with paperwork in hand and everything was what I wanted/expected. Also when they told me I had "free oil changes" and "discounted services" for purchasing my new vehicle they failed to mention that this takes away the points you would actually earn for purchasing the vehicle, I would of declined the free oil change and kept my points had I been made aware of this is how it worked. So I didn't get anything for free, they used the potential points earned for purchasing the vehicle. Overall not satisfied with the overall experience, I had better experiences at Beechmont and Milford Fords. More

Car purchasing can present many challenges however, having Bryson as my guide it was not al all a challenge. He met and introduced himself to me to inquire what my interest was and offered to allow me having Bryson as my guide it was not al all a challenge. He met and introduced himself to me to inquire what my interest was and offered to allow me to have time to browse the inventory freely with no shadowing. When I decided on a vehicle he assisted with pre-cooling of vehicle and allowing me to drive car. Upon my return he engaged with me for my feelings on car and with my enjoyment and satisfaction of the look and driving experience we proceeded with history of SUV and he gathered my personal information. I informed him of the time I had to complete the process. Bryson also shared this with his team and we were able to finish in record time and for that I was able to purchase my vehicle that day. I have had some questions since purchase and Bryson was totally there for me and he has followed up afterwards. Customer Service is big for me. More
