Pat went above and beyond to make sure I knew all of the available features and to suit my needs. Myself and my family have now bought 4 vehicles from Walt Sweeney, specifically from Pat and I must say his no pressure approach and professionalism is second to none. Everyone from the service department, to Pat and the sales team, to the Business Manager Megan who finished up my paperwork with me, all were vital in keeping me happy and informed on my purchase. A GREAT EXPERIENCE Pat McMahon was extremely helpful in finding the car that I wanted within my price range. Valerie Faulk very nice to deal with also. I had gone to another car dealer and the car that I test drove was out of my price range and they showed no interest in showing me anything else. Whereas Pat asked me what I wanted in the car and stayed within my range and I totally love the car. Also, Lyndsee Hughes was totally great when I stopped in with a question. Exceptional from start to finish My husband and I were out looking for new car on Sunday we visited several different dealerships and some nice others were not interested in customer My husband and I were out looking for new car on Sunday we visited several different dealerships and some nice others were not interested in customer service. We stopped by Walt Sweeney at 2:55 pm not knowing closing time was at 3 pm. Met with Bryson Bell who asked us what we were interested in seeing and assured us that we came to right place to buy a car. We made appointment to meet on Tuesday and Bryson was able to put us in the car we wanted and at the price we could afford. The Manager gave us a good price on our trade in and John from finance was friendly and prepared for us to sign and go. From the time we arrived and left with our new Escape it only took a little over 2 hours. We will recommend Walt Sweeney to all our family and friends. Thank you so much! More
