After listening to what we needed and why we needed it, We had the pleasure of working with Cindy Jostworth. We originally went in wanting a minivan. After listening to what we needed and why we needed it, she recommended a Ford Explorer. We just were not sure. She requested we think about it and to give her a call later that evening. terrible service in service department Took my truck to the service center, to have the air condition repaired of leaks for the 3rd time. They said it does leak but they cannot find the leak. I have purchased the extended warranty on this truck. They only charged up the air conditioner again. This is not fixing the problem. They acted like it was a funny joke and were rude. I want it fixed! Said when it starts not being cold to bring it back. I haven't made the first payment. On it yet. Customer. Service my butt. They could care less!!! More
