But if you are looking for a new Ford, Walt Sweeney is a great place to start (and finish). After getting a price from TrueCar, I was quickly connected with Jacob. Jacob was flexible with his time, attentive, and easy to speak with. Some salespeople can make you feel cornered. They are trained not to take "no" for an answer; after all, this is their livelihood. But you don't get that sense of pressure in dealing with Jacob and the rest of the team here. After agreeing to a price, we moved on to signing the stack of papers that goes into making any big purchase. Here again, Walt Sweeney's team made it easy on us. He delivered exactly what he had said he would on a trade-in value and worked with us in the negotiations on everything else.
