Awesome Experience My wife and I went to Toyota first before coming to Walt Sweeney Ford. We were convinced that we should get a Prius, but figured that we should touch My wife and I went to Toyota first before coming to Walt Sweeney Ford. We were convinced that we should get a Prius, but figured that we should touch all based and tryout the C-Max before making such a big decision. We went online and could not decide between the SE or the SEL models. Cindy, the online sales manager was able to get both models in for us to drive. Good thing too, because while the C-Max drives nicely and is reasonably priced for a hybrid, the SE model was no where near as good as the SEL model. After test driving both models, we easily decided to pay the extra money for the SEL model. Leather seats, rear camera, navigation, and the panoramic moonroof is just awesome. Pat was very personable and easy to talk to. He was not pushy and made things very easy for us. Laid everything out there with the price and the different offers we could choose from. Luckily, we did some research and printed off a Consumer Reports Pricing Certificate which they honored. It saved us about $3000 plus Walt Sweeney gave us an extra $500 for me graduating college within 2 years. That was nice. The warranties they also offered were good too. It helped us to know that we can have piece of mind with our new car. Pat was also very helpful in the days since our purchase. He got the vehicle delivered to the dealership very quickly and even got it to us earlier than expected so we could attend a Reds game. Our financer Donny was great too. He was also very personable and funny. He didn't give us the traditional financier lingo. He realized we were both young and smart, so he gave everything to us in plain English. He was great to work with and he got us out of there very quickly so we could attend a dinner date that night. I would highly recommend this dealership and its employees to anyone. No wonder why my parents have bought nearly all of their vehicles here. Finally, for the record, the Toyota salesman we dealt with when test driving their cars was very rude and mean to us when we informed them of our Ford purchase. More

This was a joke . We had came up there and picked out a car . The sales man (bob) was working on a price for us. He called my husband and ask him about a monthly payment . Bob had told my husband a price and my husband ,said just have the car all clean up and I will be there tomorrow to see the car and let you know . Bob even said he would call my husband ,No call came . So Ed my husband , said I will go up after work , when he gets there they ,,,,bob and the manger had sold the car . The very car we was suppose to have .bob never call us back to tell us . We found out when we went up there. Him and the manger MARK ,,admitted that it was their fault. Right to our face .So now they offer us a car without some of the fetchers on it . I had my heart set on that car they sold. We bought the lesser car , was promise a boat load of stuff. Like free gas , free oil, free floor mates ,which it s been two weeks and I still don't have them. I keep having to call up there .so after the sale of this second car , the numbers didn't match up , they clearly charge us twice on a fee. My husband took the paper work up and talked to this manger , Mark. And never got anywhere . This guy is very shady . When we got a call from Customer service , my husband requested a call from one of the Sweeney s , who we have not heard from yet. It was a awful experience . Unless they make things right with us like a Good Business would do, we will always tell other people , about the bad , dishonest experience that we had . We would never go back there , and we are not done yet . We will keep trying to get this made right . It was about 900 hundred that we got cheated out of . We will keep persuading this .
