2014 Escape purchase I enjoy having John Sweeney as my sales rep. John is a professional in all aspects. He utilizes this knowledge and skill to understand the customer's needs and, in doing so, channels the customer to the Ford product that best suits those needs. I feel comfortable with my product choice. He is also patient in explaining the use of the electronics. I do not consider myself to be computer "astute". When I picked up the car John did a great job of explaining interior operations - phone, radio, information displays, etc. This enabled me to enjoy these tools from day one. Most important to me is the fact that I depart the transaction knowing that I have been treated in a fair manner. I bought my first Ford from John three years ago and did not consider your competitor's products this time due to my experience then. That experience repeated itself last week. As far as the dealership in general, professionalism rings through out. I can tell the employees like working there, another sign of fairness. John Treglia did a great job with post sale processing. Awesome Experience My wife and I went to Toyota first before coming to Walt Sweeney Ford. We were convinced that we should get a Prius, but figured that we should touch My wife and I went to Toyota first before coming to Walt Sweeney Ford. We were convinced that we should get a Prius, but figured that we should touch all based and tryout the C-Max before making such a big decision. We went online and could not decide between the SE or the SEL models. Cindy, the online sales manager was able to get both models in for us to drive. Good thing too, because while the C-Max drives nicely and is reasonably priced for a hybrid, the SE model was no where near as good as the SEL model. After test driving both models, we easily decided to pay the extra money for the SEL model. Leather seats, rear camera, navigation, and the panoramic moonroof is just awesome. Pat was very personable and easy to talk to. He was not pushy and made things very easy for us. Laid everything out there with the price and the different offers we could choose from. Luckily, we did some research and printed off a Consumer Reports Pricing Certificate which they honored. It saved us about $3000 plus Walt Sweeney gave us an extra $500 for me graduating college within 2 years. That was nice. The warranties they also offered were good too. It helped us to know that we can have piece of mind with our new car. Pat was also very helpful in the days since our purchase. He got the vehicle delivered to the dealership very quickly and even got it to us earlier than expected so we could attend a Reds game. Our financer Donny was great too. He was also very personable and funny. He didn't give us the traditional financier lingo. He realized we were both young and smart, so he gave everything to us in plain English. He was great to work with and he got us out of there very quickly so we could attend a dinner date that night. I would highly recommend this dealership and its employees to anyone. No wonder why my parents have bought nearly all of their vehicles here. Finally, for the record, the Toyota salesman we dealt with when test driving their cars was very rude and mean to us when we informed them of our Ford purchase. More
