We really LOVE our new 2016 Ford Escape! It rides so smooth and has every amenity you can imagine (backup camera, Bluetooth, A/C, Auto, Power Everything, etc.) and the escape has lots of power on the highway and great gas mileage. Our salesman, Pat McMahon, was FANTASTIC!!! Pat is great to work with and I highly recommend buying a car from him. He got us in our new car quickly and also got us a great deal on the Escape, extended warranty and financing. He also took time to show us all the new gadgets on the car and even setup our cell phone through the Escapes Bluetooth system. Megan Volkerding in Finance was AWESOME also!!! She had us through all the Finance paperwork in no time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all the paperwork, as well as, the extended warranty program (which we purchased because it was such a great deal, we couldn't pass it up). Even with the accountants Lady I believe her name Megan . make me laugh couple of times. Loved it...she explain everything kept it simple in unstandable. However I was wrong! They got me approved with $0.00 down. Jenny was very helpful on working with me on what I could afford vs. what I could be approved for. She provided me with the best customer service I could ask for. She was patient with me to receive all of the documents. I went to many dealership before I came here. Most of them were very unpleasant , high pressure, was not a good experience . John went out of his way to work with me on a few issues on the truck but we were able to work them out .I am sure that John requested service to clean the truck before my pick up, however someone forgot to clean the inside, the carpet was vacuumed however the rest of the truck needed cleaning badly, I feel this order somehow slipped through the cracks...I am sure that all cars are detailed before buyer pick up. This is the only neg. comment I have , and the rest was all positive, I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman, honesty,and professionalism is what what you get.
