We were looking for something to replace our minivan. I'm rather tall & thought we would have to buy an expensive crossover or suv for my legs to be comfortable. I got comfortable seats, plenty of room and a lot of extras and was well within budget. I can't wait for my long trip! John Gonzalez and his trainee, Andrew Held, were extremely helpful. We had a great time test driving the Ford Fusion...which we ended up purchasing. The best sales people are ones who are friendly, honest, upright, not pushy, and who genuinely listen to the customer and try to help them get the best deal...regardless of what it might mean in commissions for them personally. Customers pay attention to that and will recommend these sales people to others, which I already have. I bought my very first car from Walt Sweeney Ford years ago; it was then called Western Hills Ford I believe. My dad came in with me; I was 22. The car was a 1977 Ford Mustang Mach I. I loved that car and loved the way I was treated way back when...John and Andrew were every bit as helpful and friendly. Still waiting on mud flaps to come in for the car so they can be installed but everything else was easy and simple.
