Andrew for being a newer member of the sales team acted as if he has been doing this for years. He was very professional and really understood what I was looking for, WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL. John Gonzalez and his trainee, Andrew Held, were extremely helpful. We had a great time test driving the Ford Fusion...which we ended up purchasing. Both John and Andrew were fun to be with and not extremely helpful. We had a great time test driving the Ford Fusion...which we ended up purchasing. Both John and Andrew were fun to be with and not for one minute did we feel we were being "pitched" by a salesman. That means a lot to us. The best sales people are ones who are friendly, honest, upright, not pushy, and who genuinely listen to the customer and try to help them get the best deal...regardless of what it might mean in commissions for them personally. Customers pay attention to that and will recommend these sales people to others, which I already have. I bought my very first car from Walt Sweeney Ford years ago; it was then called Western Hills Ford I believe. My dad came in with me; I was 22. The car was a 1977 Ford Mustang Mach I. I loved that car and loved the way I was treated way back when...John and Andrew were every bit as helpful and friendly. Thank you, Walt Sweeney Ford, for being a true "west side" company and working with the customer instead of against them. More

I enjoyed my experience at Walt Sweeney Ford. The sales staff was very helpful and informative and made the buying experience much easier. This dealership did nothing by give me the run around when trying to purchase a vehicle. After leaving the dealership not happy with the price they were giving me, they continued to call quoting the exac when trying to purchase a vehicle. After leaving the dealership not happy with the price they were giving me, they continued to call quoting the exact same monthy payment as when I was in there. Then, they finally called with the monthly payment I needed and said that I would be happy. I called several times before making the half hour drive to the dealership to make sure the amount was correct and nothing else, and it was confirmed. But once at the dealership, I was approached with a confused response to the number as if I had made it up and was being ridiculous. It came to the point that I had to have them listen to the voicemail from the manager with the number. Since he was not there that day, they had to call him and find out what was going on. The communication at this dealership is awful, as well. The manager apologized over the phone but I was still out of the time, gas, and stress of going back to the dealership all for a deal they were not going to follow up on. In no way was their number honored or was I componsated in any way. I do NOT recommend you purchase a car from someone so dishonest and unprofessional. More
