I brought my Honda Accord there for repair work because it was closer than the Honda dealership. I was nervous wondering what kind of work Ford would do but took a chance due to time constraints. I worked with Jeff and Barry in Collison and was very impressed with their level of professionalism and courtesy. Jeff explained everthing well, called me at work to update me and even skipped lunch to come pick me up to get my car. The costs were within the range the insurance company estimated and I was pleasantly surprised at what a good job they did when it was over. People can get their cars repaired anywhere. But, employees like Jeff and Barry make the difference about whether or not you come back again and recommend your dealership to friends and family, which I would gladly do. I was impressed at their customer service skills and would suggest you give them both a big raise or a promotion so that someone else doesn't come along and hire them away from you. Employees like that make all the difference and give you the edge so hold onto them both. Mayvbe next time I will buy a Ford. Thank you for a good experience in every level. More
