I really hate having to leave this review because the salesperson was outstanding, and the General Sales Manager were both excellent. They were professional, helpful, and made the buying process enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience with the vehicle itself has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a brand-new 2026 model, only to discover that all of the trim panels surrounding the windows are covered in micro scratches. I was initially told the damage could be repaired, but after bringing the vehicle back, I was informed that it could not be fixed. If you're purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly recommend inspecting it very carefully before taking delivery. Ask to have it pulled under the bright service bay lights so you can thoroughly inspect the paint and trim, as these scratches are not always obvious under normal lighting. My vehicle was obtained from another dealership, but this dealership was responsible for retrieving and delivering it to me. To make matters worse, the detailing was extremely poor. For a brand-new vehicle, I expected it to be spotless. Instead, there were oily splatters and smears on the windows, residue on the window seals, and wipe marks throughout the interior. Unfortunately, I didn't notice these issues until after I got the vehicle home and looked at it under better lighting. When I brought the vehicle back, the individual I believe is the manager of the service/detail department was adamant that his staff did not cause the scratches. However, based on the condition in which the vehicle was delivered—with oil still splattered across the windows and obvious signs that it had not been properly cleaned—I find that explanation very difficult to accept. Whether the scratches occurred before or during the dealership's preparation process, the vehicle clearly was not inspected thoroughly before it was delivered to me. I am extremely disappointed that a brand-new car I absolutely love was delivered in this condition. The pattern of the micro scratches is consistent with improper washing or wiping techniques, and regardless of when they occurred, they should have been identified during the dealership's pre-delivery inspection. Instead, I was sold a vehicle with permanent cosmetic damage and then told 'nothing' could be done to correct it. Yet I was told by another dealership that ceramic coating would correct the issue. Because this issue cannot be 'corrected' via this dealership, I will be trading this vehicle in at **another dealership**—one that stands behind what they tell their customers and takes pride in delivering vehicles that truly look brand new. It is heartbreaking that I have to replace a brand-new car simply because it was delivered with cosmetic damage that should never have been there. While I genuinely appreciate the professionalism of the salesperson and the General Sales Manager, the service/detail department and the dealership's quality control failed me. That is why I cannot recommend purchasing a new vehicle here without performing an extremely thorough inspection before you drive it off the lot. Not one person has reached out to me to correct this issue, I never heard from the GM or the owner so apparently, they DO NOT care about their customers or their reputation. JUST SAY NO TO WALT FORD of LIVE OAK FLORIDA!!! They do not sell enough units a month to act like this!! More

Can't really say much about dealership since I never visited in person. However, I tried to contact online salesman and even though I did receive a response it was untrue or deceptive. When asked about Ford Partner program, I was told they aren't doing it, although they are official Ford Dealership. But than they added that noone is doing it, which is false statement since I found at least 3 that were willing to sell me a truck under X Plan pricing. Those 3 dealerships eventually have ordered me what I wanted but they didn't have a trim level in stock that I was looking for. In addition to above dishonest answers, I keep getting harassed by their email service even thought I opted out of it multiple times. More
