Every single staff member I’ve come in contact with has a The customer service provided at Walter’s Mercedes-Benz of Riverside is never disappointing. Every single staff member I’ve come in contact with has always been extremely friendly and helpful. During my last visit I was assisted by Brian Clegg in the service department he ensured I had clear understanding of what my vehicle needed as far as maintenance, he followed up promptly and also ensure there was a courtesy vehicle available for me to top it off he added a discount on the final price for my service to ensure I was satisfied and I was! I can’t really find anything negative to say about Walter’s even if I tried. Thank you! More

Broken rear Mercedes Sprinter Era RV window I backed my Sprinter Era RV into the garage over the weekend and broke the rear door window. I called Walters and they ordered a new one. I thought t I backed my Sprinter Era RV into the garage over the weekend and broke the rear door window. I called Walters and they ordered a new one. I thought that it might take a while to get the part, but it arrived that Tuesday. I had it installed on Wednesday morning and it looks like new. Walters is working on the Sprinter RV chassis and I prefer them over the RV repair shops. More
