Failure to take responsbility We purchased one of the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander GT. We are disappointed in the customer service that we have received. The car purchased failed to c We purchased one of the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander GT. We are disappointed in the customer service that we have received. The car purchased failed to come with a spare tire, with management failing to take responsibility and tried to accuse of it being stolen. Mr. Rodney Gomez and Mr. Gary O'Toole both tried to put the fault on us saying that it must have been stolen at a gas station or by a mechanic. The car has not been serviced in any other place besides the Wantagh Mitsubishi dealership. The donut is underneath the vehicle and access to it is limited. To steal a donut you must break the bracket or have the access key. There is no damage underneath the car. We purchased a $40,000 car, we are not complaining about a cheap donut but the quality of service. We feel as though they do not care about the customer's concerns. We feel as though we have been mistreated. For future customers; we were told by the dealership to leave a good review. We want to make sure we leave an honest review. If you do choose to purchase a car at Wantagh Mitsubishi dealership, make sure you go to a trusted mechanic to make sure there are no missing parts. More

Alyse was a saint I had gone to smith haven and they are incomparable. Wantagh mitsubishi is 1000 times better.
