I have had a great experience in purchasing a new car from Ward Kia. Any issue that came up with my deal, Nick was eager to help. I took my brand new journey to ward, because the front I took my brand new journey to ward, because the front passenger door would not open. They kept it a week and I was told they had to break the door p I took my brand new journey to ward, because the front passenger door would not open. They kept it a week and I was told they had to break the door panel to get to the locks, but they did not tell me they tried to stick a scew driver from the inside between the door and try to open the door that way first which resulted in big gouges in the paint.They also said they had to break the locks to get door open, I guess they did it with a hammer and some tool because I have dents protruding from the inside of the door outward several. All I ask was to replace the door on my BRAND NEW CAR. It did not need body work when it went in.He laugh at me. More
