I had an unusual problem with my door, and Nick, the manager was so kind in helping me. I am a single mom with a van, and I have been taken advantage of with car maintenance before, and Nick was person manager was so kind in helping me. I am a single mom with a van, and I have been taken advantage of with car maintenance before, and Nick was personable, helpful, and efficient. He didn't even charge for the repair because a technician had called in so the work took longer than he anticipated. I was treated professionally by everyone there. Words aren't enough to describe how grateful I am. Five stars! More

I took my brand new journey to ward, because the front I took my brand new journey to ward, because the front passenger door would not open. They kept it a week and I was told they had to break the door p I took my brand new journey to ward, because the front passenger door would not open. They kept it a week and I was told they had to break the door panel to get to the locks, but they did not tell me they tried to stick a scew driver from the inside between the door and try to open the door that way first which resulted in big gouges in the paint.They also said they had to break the locks to get door open, I guess they did it with a hammer and some tool because I have dents protruding from the inside of the door outward several. All I ask was to replace the door on my BRAND NEW CAR. It did not need body work when it went in.He laugh at me. More
