He didn't push a number, force a deal, he did what I asked and I felt he was trying to make the deal on my terms. I'm a former auto salesman, and currently run the DEAs fleet for Florida and I would recommend this dealership to everyone i work with. "Painless Car Leasing Experience" This is my second time leasing with Warren Henry and 7th time leasing overall and Warren Henry employees have ALWAYS gone above and beyond. You may walk in there to just peruse what's available and you end up walking out with a new Infiniti, due to them beating all other deals out there. There's no waste of time and they tell you upfront exactly what can and can't be done. In the past, I had Leo and Eduardo close my deal and they were great! They are now working for another company, but still keep in touch with me and helped with this new Infiniti lease as well. This time, Chris and Mark handled the negotiating and it was painless and diligent. Chris is the sweetest guy and will go above and beyond to find you what you want. Saqib does all the final paperwork and he's respectful, amicable and efficient. I also LOVE Ada Bermudez from the service department and was very disappointed to hear she's no longer there. After, many questions, test drives and calculations to make sure I was pleased with my purchase I drove out with a beautiful Qx60. Nikola Jcmenica was very helpful and took his time; never pressuring me to make any decisions on a car or purchase. Yes, I was changing between black to grey cars even after the black one was sent to wash. Also, my children were running around , getting inside the cars all day and the entire Infiniti staff was extremely kids friendly. I can't say the same from the previous dealership I have dealt with in the past.
