Best car buying experience ever I walked into the dealership and was greeted immediately. I had a few cars in mind but none were on site, Alex, the credit approval rep grabbed a car I walked into the dealership and was greeted immediately. I have waited a while to write this and now I thought was a great time to let you that Jeff and Alex were amazing, they listen to my fears on how I've I have waited a while to write this and now I thought was a great time to let you that Jeff and Alex were amazing, they listen to my fears on how I've been stranded many times and I just needed a reliable car they found me a beautiful 2006 Lexus at payments I was comfortable with, they even got me a warranty so to me things were looking up....Fast forward I have had the car for 5 months when the check engine light come on so I go have it checked and it's the o2 sensor 2 coil packs and sparks plugs all which are not covered (800.00) only for the light to come back on before I make it home trip # 2 the car is blowing more code then before so they fix it for free or so I thought at least I made it home this time, next stop Lexus dealership they did the test and the same codes are back ( 850.00) to fix nope the light back on and going back to dealership today...needless to say I've paid more to have this fixed then I've payments on it. all in all the guys were great but the warranty isn't More
