The Service Department has always taken good care of us. Where we have had the best experience is dealing with the service department. After having Urse lie to us about why something couldn't be taken care of in a timely manner, we finally went to Waterfront Service department to find that 3 days later what took over a month to NOT get fixed at Urse Dodge was taken care of by friendly, attentive workers at Waterfront. Since then (it's been 2 years now) it's the only place we take our Patriot for servicing. I love being able to go online and request service. Even over the Christmas Holidays they took good care of us! Thank you Waterfront Jeep Service Department!! More

Upon selecting a vehicle of your choice, he take care of all the means to get you the best price and financial deal available to complete your purchase. He makes buying your new jeep an easy experience. And he just doesn't funish the sale and check you off, he continues to followup by mail or calling you to see if everything is okay with you new jeep. He will also drop you an email to see if you need anything. When you go for service he makes it a point to stop over in service to greet you, offer you a drink and just followup with your satisfaction of your jeep. He takes the time to thank you and offer assistance for anything you need. He is a great salesman and you will never go wrong getting him to help you with your next jeep purchase. They are very professional, polite and friendly keeping you abreast of everyything that is happening your vehicle while it is being serviced. If it requires repairs that you didn't know about, they prepare an estimate and go over all the details to repair your vehicle. Now November found small problem called to make appointment for diagnosis. During which service found additional minor issues, I wasn’t aware of. Took a few appointments, Waterfront made sure my daughter had a ride to and from school. Multiple phone calls, every person I spoke with, was courteous and had no problem taking the time to talk to me and help find answers to my questions. The salesman had recognized my daughter during one visit and talked with her make sure she didn’t need anything. Like I said friendly and helpful from sales to service.
