Previously I had taken my Chevrolet traverse in for Lost communication with 2 modules. I was charged a diagnostic fee for it even though the vehicle is still under warranty. Tech and service advisor said al communication with 2 modules. I was charged a diagnostic fee for it even though the vehicle is still under warranty. Tech and service advisor said all was fine. The same lost communication came back with others and the infotaiment system stopped working along with the onstar. 2 months later the module came in and was installed. Another time was for a broken exhaust covered under a tsb. Waited a week for the part to get in. Three times I had to ask friends or family to take me to the dealership because I live outside the city limits and the service advisor said a Uber was not possible The previous service advisor on my recent visit said he could Uber me back and forth with Uber no problem. Thank Keith for that one. He is the only reason for the stars. I would've giving Watson a zero More
