I dropped off my car for service and it took three days for them to get a diagnostic and pretty much didn’t tell me anything. I didn’t already know. for them to get a diagnostic and pretty much didn’t tell me anything. I didn’t already know. More

My experience was very good. They both listened and helped me pick out a care that was good for me. They talked me through everything. I really appreciated their help. Mike was courteous and professional. Wait time was reasonable. Big complaint is cost. THe 6.2L engine in my truck was recalled recently for potential manufacturing defects. Although Wait time was reasonable. Big complaint is cost. THe 6.2L engine in my truck was recalled recently for potential manufacturing defects. Although there was apparenrtly no defects discovered, they did mandate a different oil for use after the recal inspectrion. Whart they didn't mention is that the oil costs some four times that of the original oil. And I guess its been decided that the truck owner should bear 100 % of this additional cost. I completely disagree. I bought the truck in its original specification. If gm mandates a change dur to manufacturing problems, they should bear 100% of the costs associated with that. I'm going to find a way to elevate this to the corporate level to try get some response or satisfaction. More
