This place is terrible! Every time I need to get a service I have to call a number of times to get in touch with someone and get it scheduled. Once the vehicle is in the ser Every time I need to get a service I have to call a number of times to get in touch with someone and get it scheduled. Once the vehicle is in the service department you have to continuously call to get updates. This past service I dropped my truck off the night before and had an appointment at 9am. I was told my truck would be ready at 2:30 - 3:00 for pickup. When I went there at 3:45, I was told it was going to be another 45 minutes. I missed a scheduled appointment that took me a number of weeks to procure due to the incompetence of the service center. I will no longer be taking our fleet to Watson. More
