Due to a pop up circumstance, I needed to move on a large, new SUV with legroom within one day (Cash buyer). I was looking for a pretty maxed out 21 Suburban and found it online at Watson. Great. I start driving there after having talked to their internet folks and on the way there was called off because the OWNER of Watson had take the vehicle for his own use. I hope he/she had a great time, because it impacted me -- I recovered though and bought a brand new Cadillac Escalade ESV same day. Really--you have one off...and your owner wants to play. Been foreign cars for a long time given the american car history I had with GMC, Pontiac, Chevrolet etc...and coming back...and this guy/gal doesn't have the foresight to at least have on his lot when its advertised on their website? Worst Experience Ever! I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Silver metallic all excited 2020 LT, they washed a black 2020 custom that is a down grade from my 2018 LT. Craig Short, at Watson Chevrolet was no Bull, professional and no pressure. I was treated with respect and no nonsense. It started as an add I saw and followed up on. Craig was assigned to me. I was truly blessed by having him assigned to me. Craig had the car ready to go when I arrived for a viewing and test drive. We discussed a few things I wanted fixed and Craig went out of his way, above and beyond the call of duty, to handle the fix its. Craig took the Kia to the Kia dealership to get the best knowledge for the car. Craig Short is a true gem and I highly suggest you ask for him to help you at Watson Chevrolet. I bought a 2017 Kia Sorento. Watson Chevrolet sales many different types of vehicles. I obviously can't say enough about Craig Short as it seems I've written a novel for this review. My closing note is Watson Chevrolet is crazy if they don't put Craig in a management position. Craig has the type of qualities you want to filter down to your other employees. Thanks Craig.
