So far, have been more than pleased with this dealership. I bought my Honda Odyssey in 2019 from them, and this is the only place I have taken it even though I live about 50 miles away. Their Service Dept personnel is the nicest you’ll ever meet. The individual that took care of me was Nate. I had two issues to take care of with my vehicle so I thought it was gonna take me two trips. They were able to get everything done in one trip. Took about three hours. Fortunately, they have one of the nicest waiting rooms I’ve ever seen in a dealership. Lots of options for snacks and free, coffee and hot chocolate. When they finish your car, they also wash it. No charge for the car wash. I don’t think I would trust anyone else with my Odyssey and they have always done a great job. More
