I came in with the idea of trading in my car and getting a trax. Both Ryan and Jim were so welcoming with great customer service! They remembered me from an internet inquiry I had reached out to them about. I gave Jim an idea of what I wanted but also let him know what else I was interested in looking at. They were so helpful and let me test drive 2 different cars. Very hospitable, making sure I helped myself to the variety of complimentary drinks available. Very smooth process. Rich in finance was also very helpful in answering any questions I had. Overall an amazing experience. It felt amazing, being able to share the excitement with Ryan, Jim, and Rich, they were extremely proud, and so happy for me! Such a great team! More

Jimmy/James is a great guy. Id buy from him again any day. My fiancee and I were in the market for a VW Tiguan and got in touch with him.
