Jim was really great to work with, he made sure that my wife and I knew what was going on throughout the whole transaction and was very patient. Definitely recommending him to friends and family. The people at the dealership were also very nice and welcoming. The only nitpick was the long wait time to finish up the transaction which took a few hours due to the dealership only having one finance person in the dealership.
