Waited a little over 2 hours for my oil change, which is fine, but then I’m told a brake light is out and they had no time to change it. I was going out of state the next day, so I quickly went to a tire pl fine, but then I’m told a brake light is out and they had no time to change it. I was going out of state the next day, so I quickly went to a tire place to have them replace it. It cost me more than the dealer but it had to get done. Also, I got a voicemail and text after I left the dealer to try and drop off the dealer copy of receipt that they accidentally gave me. I’ll try to mail it. So, I’m out the extra money I paid to get my brake light replaced plus the price of a stamp to mail this receipt. I’m going to get my 3 tires replaced at the tire place I went to, instead of the dealer, since it’s a huge price difference. I have never given the dealership a poor review until now. I don’t need the red carpet anywhere I go, but I expect to be treated like a valued customer. More
