I scheduled an online last minute appointment for an issue with my defrost at the end of the business day. They got me all checked in and called me early the next morning with the diagnostic and estimat issue with my defrost at the end of the business day. They got me all checked in and called me early the next morning with the diagnostic and estimate repair. Repair was completed in a timely manner and I was back on the road by early afternoon. Oil change appointment took over 2. 5 hours. Found tire sensors that were bad. Changed two. Half hour before close did not have the tools to do the third. Had to come back the next day. 5 hours. I purchased a GMC Yukon paid cash basicly was a fraud sale.. was promised a safe truck that had been gone over throughly by the dealers shop!! I told the sleezy sales person I was going to tow a camper w sale.. was promised a safe truck that had been gone over throughly by the dealers shop!! I told the sleezy sales person I was going to tow a camper with the truck! About a month after I hook up my camper and the truck drops to the ground Zero Shocks on the truck then a couple days later the gas tank falls off the metal strap holding the tank was rusted out... $2500 later I can leave on my trip and not even so much as a sorry! More
