Finance manager great communication. Left voicemail for GM & received no return call. The week I called he was in training and still never returned my call upon returning. Communication has been horrible since purchasing my vehicle. No updates on when my truck will be delivered to the dealership. When I’m contact with dealership we are brushed off and made to feel like we are bothering them for wondering when our truck will arrive. Coming up on one month since purchase and little to no communication from anyone at the dealership. Our salesman told us the vehicle was ready and communicated delivery or having a porter drive the vehicle to our state. Turns out the vehicle was not ready. Finance manager received 5 stars because he was in contact with us when the GM was absent and tried to assist the best he could in GM’s absence. We’ve been in contact with General Motors to receive updates since the dealership has not communicated with us. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing our second vehicle with them as planned. More
They did more damage to my vehicle then when I brought it in to get worked on. And now there is proof, worst service manager to ever have to deal with. If you need any work done go elsewhere!
