The overall way this dealership does business makes me want to come back the next time I shop for vehicles. I was in the dealership for a few hours because I had to get several forms from my employer, my want to come back the next time I shop for vehicles. During that time I never heard any high pressure tactics, there were no heated conversations from unhappy customers. The staff was professional. Kevin Leon was a huge help. He makes sales look easy even though I know it’s not. The finance guy was competent and did not put high pressure on additional sales. The paperwork was accurate. I never felt like I was engaging in verbal pugilism with a business that was trying to take advantage of me. It’s been two days since the sale. I’ve looked over all the paperwork after the fact.
