poor experiance from start to finish Took a 2011 cruise in for a warranty transmission replacement. In the 2 weeks the car was there never recieved a call unless I called first. When car was ready it was left unlocked in parking lot and had grease prints on door and side of car. I toom car home and upon inspection found the clips that attach bottom of bumper not reinstalled and the radiator and condenser were bent. I had the condenser replaced 3 weeks before so I know it wasnt like that before. Each visit to service resulted in a 20 minute wait.Talked to Mike the service manager and he didnt even want to look at the damage. He sends out the mechanic who worked on it and get nothing but a attitude. I am now out over 600 to fix their mistake. Stay far away from this place! More

Worst Customer Service!! I had an appointment to meet with Manny (Salesperson) to purchase a new Chevy Camaro, upon arrival one of the managers was leaning over a cubicle divi I had an appointment to meet with Manny (Salesperson) to purchase a new Chevy Camaro, upon arrival one of the managers was leaning over a cubicle divider looking out the window, other salesmen were outside smoking and talking -NOT ONE person tried to assist us. My husband I walk the lot looking for the Camaro that Manny "said" they had and could not locate it. After walking the lot and back into the showroom, we still DID NOT receive ANY customer service. My husband asked to speak with a manager who gave him an attitude and we left. Later that evening I went to Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook, IL and purchased a BRAND NEW 2015 Camaro that has everything I love! If you want excellent customer service...STAY AWAY from Webb and DRIVE DIRECTLY TO ADVANTAGE CHEVY in Bolingbrook!! I worked with Freddy and Mike and am happy I did!! More

Satisfied first time customer we will be back. Ralph Conti the GM was great in helping us buy our sons first car. The salesman Edwin Serrano was great and Jeff Moyers. You have a good GM at that store. They all went out of the way to help and was very kind. We will be back when it is time for another car. Ralph Edwin and Jeff went out of there way and the used car manager Jason came by and said hello and one of the members of the Webb family said hello.
