I’m sorry to say that I’ve yet to have a good experience with your service department. We bought our 2023 Tahoe there last July and every visit has been abysmal. On my most recent visit they were to instal with your service department. We bought our 2023 Tahoe there last July and every visit has been abysmal. On my most recent visit they were to install a replacement part covered under warranty. This was our 3rd appointment for the same thing and they are well aware that we live 65 miles from the dealership. The first time, they had not bothered to contact us to tell us they’d gotten the part in. Once that was confirmed by us with them (our initiative), an appointment was made for 2 days later. When I got there, they informed me that “someone” had returned the needed part to Chevrolet and they no longer had it to install! It was reordered and an appointment was made to install it on February 14. That time, it was installed but they said it didn’t fit right and they would have to reorder another replacement part. This time they said they could have it in a few days, so an appointment was made for February 21, again at 4:30. It took about an hour to install it before and they said it would take an hour on the 21st. I set up the appointment for 4:30 because I needed to be at church in Channahon at 6:15 pm. I arrived at 4:15 for my 4:30 appointment. At 5:32 when the car should have already been done, the service department came to the waiting area and said there was an emergency and their employee had to leave. They wanted me to take a loaner home and come back the next day. I reminded them I live 65 miles away and didn’t have another few hours the next day for a return trip. They found someone to complete the job, but they didn’t return it to me until 6:36pm. It took well over 2 hours and made me over 30 minutes late to church. Repeatedly, they have demonstrated that our business is not valued or appreciated. At this point, we regret purchasing a service package from the dealer for our oil changes and we would definitely not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Webb. More
I had a 5 o’clock appointment for an oil change, at 6:20 they came out and said they were not able to do my oil change because they did not have the key for my oil filter. What is the purpose of having an appointment if over an hour and a half later, you are being told they cannot complete your service. I was asked to leave my vehicle overnight and they would do the oil change the next morning. I took my husband‘s car to work and a shuttle came to pick him up to come and get my vehicle. The cashier was unorganized and my husband went on a wild goose chase to find a technician to look for my keys and my vehicle. Poor service! We were not even compensated for our time spent there.
