The multi-point inspection did not catch lights burned out in my car. I had a rear-tail-light bulb changed a little over 6 months ago and it is already burned out. I have had air-conditioning repaired only to fail the next summer. Had a fueling-door repaired that wouldn't open and now it rattles when I drive the car. More

He is an outstanding service manager who always ensures I receive the best quality service. After having serious engine issues with my 2015 Sonata, I wasn't going to buy/lease another Hyundai vehicle. Jim was a big factor in my decision to lease the 2023 Kona. So, all in all, I would give Jim 10 stars if I could. More
