They honored the spoken rate, but there was a significant blame game at the dealership. My memory of the discussion was questioned, but the financing person figured it out honored it. The sales person then tried to tell me he didn’t really say that rate and questioned my recollection and/or credit rating. There isn't a word, that describes, how horrific this car dealership is. Lie lie lie lie lie. They refuse to reimburse me in full, which they all said they would do, for the remainder of my registration fees dealership is. Lie lie lie lie lie. The window tint was so far over the allowable shade, it was more than double the allowable darkness, it didn't have the navigation system as advertised. They also didn't reimburse me for the inspection sticker. Even though I am out of state, the dealership is fully aware of Massachusetts allowable tint darkness, I was told this by an attorney. When they attached my plate to the car I was purchasing, they couldn't get the bolt in one of the holes. They pushed up the plate, so I wouldn't notice. AND to make this even more disgusting, they put the dealership plate, from where I purchased my trade in, plate bracket on! The comments I heard from that! Mostly xxx and Unbelievable that they would sell a car, and be so lazy, not to remove the bolt, and the plate braket from another dealership.Lots of laughs on their intelligence! BBB and Consumer Protection will be hearing about this. I ended up trading in this car, just because I wanted no memories of this dealership. I didn't even want to drive it anymore. They are that bad and sleazy. More
