I received the vehicle on January 25, 2026, and immediately reported a serious mechanical issue. From that moment on, communication from the dealership effectively stopped. The salesperson stopped answering my calls entirely and only sent a brief message stating he would “check with the manager,” which led to no action or follow-up. On the same day, I personally contacted the manager, Michael Alcock, who assured me that he would address the issue and contact me. To date, no response, no solution, and no follow-up has been provided. This situation demonstrates a clear pattern: before the sale, the dealership was highly responsive, repeatedly contacting me and providing prompt communication. Once the sale was completed and a legitimate problem was reported, the dealership became unresponsive. Selling a vehicle under assurances of proper condition and then refusing to provide post-sale support when defects are immediately reported is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am still awaiting a resolution and would strongly caution potential buyers to carefully consider this dealership’s business practices. More
