From the very beginning, Jason was nothing but professional and went above and beyond making sure to send detailed photos and videos of the vehicle to give me peace of mind. The only reason I felt comfortable enough buying a vehicle 100% sight unseen was due to the clear and consistent communication Jason provided. No nonsense, no salesman tactics - He answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly and I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. The actual purchasing process was streamlined even as an out-of-state buyer. There were no tricks or hidden fees like other dealerships and the fact I was able to get it at such a deal was icing on the cake. They price to sell and treat their customers the right way. I recently purchased my first truck from Weikert Ford. A 2021 certified preowned F 150 super cab. I was very selective about what I was looking for, and I was working with 4 or 5 other Ford dealerships in A 2021 certified preowned F 150 super cab. I was very selective about what I was looking for, and I was working with 4 or 5 other Ford dealerships in the central Florida area. Most others could not find what I was looking for, or the price range wasn't right. Long story short, what really assisted in my decision to choose Weikert was the salesman I was working with, Marc Diaz. Marc's approach and empathy was very different than most any salesman I was working with. There was no pressure, no constant back and forth haggling, no left field charges added to the deal last minute, he was very attentive to what I was looking for, within the specifications I needed a truck deal to be. The sales manager Brent was also very straight forward and did as much as he could in a short time to make the truck mine. An added bonus was the dealer fee only being $399 compared to the cost at other dealers being 2-3 times that. In roughly 24 hours I was driving home in a truck I feel confident I got a fair deal on. I really appreciate the efforts of Weikert Ford in making my first truck buying experience a smooth one without the nightmare stories I've heard come with buying from a dealership. Thanks again Marc.
