Super Dealership! We recently purchased a 2010 Chevy Traverse from Dustin Knapp at Weld County Garage. They didn't have the color we wanted but he was able to find our vehicle at another dealership in a Traverse from Dustin Knapp at Weld County Garage. The car although used with 8000 miles on it was imaculate when we picked it up. Dustin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of it's bells and whistles. We got a more than fair trade in value on our vehicle and paid a lower price on the vehicle than what we could've gotten at any of the other dealerships we visited. We were very happy with the attention to detail and the professionalism that we received from Dustin. This was the best car buying experience I have had. I had been looking at trading in my car for a few months and had been browsing the internet and doing some test driving. I located a car on the WCG web site and was able to see the carfax, see the price and all the relevant info. I stopped by and met Chase and went for a test drive. He knew all about the car and could answer all my questions. When I told him I just wanted to drive the car that night he had no problem coming out in the cold. Already this had been a unique experience...no pressure, no sales pitch, just a test drive where my questions were answered. I got home and applied on line for financing through the WCG website and got a call back from Dustin that I had been approved. In the morning we negotiated over the phone and when I returned to WCG to sign the paperword there were no additional costs or surprises (accept for the cookies which was a good surprise!) Dustin was very transparent with rates, costs etc... and answered all of my questions. No crazy haggeling, I just told him what I wanted to pay and he worked it out.
