All service done here and generally a pleasant experience, including a free car wash and vacuum every time. Very disappointed with the last visit - reported a creaking/squeaking noise coming from front-end suspension (driver side), usually when backing out of driveway, turning left at slow speed, going over speed bumps and turning...tech could not hear the noise, granted the weather was not optimal for diagnosing noises due to snow. Got charged a diagnostics fee! Never in my life of owning multiple other new cars from both Japanese and American brands got charged a diagnostics fee while the car is still under warranty, and practically no work was performed. Was in a rush to make it to another appointment so did not have time to wait for a manager to dispute the charge, but I'll give them one last chance to rectify the situation on the next visit. If not satisfied, Mazda loses a customer and all the other car friends/enthusiasts who bought Mazdas from this dealer or were considering it over other more popular brands. More

Another great service experience at Werner! Brought in my Mazda 6 for oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and a fix for my Android Auto. Turned out an update was needed to the software, whic Brought in my Mazda 6 for oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and a fix for my Android Auto. Turned out an update was needed to the software, which they performed for me. Service was completed quickly while I worked in comfort in the waiting area. This is my second Mazda, and second car from Werner, and I have no reason to go anywhere else. Thanks again!! More

I was Amazed! I dropped my car off for service. My appointment was at 9:30. By 9:45 I had a video text from the service department showing me what they recommended I dropped my car off for service. My appointment was at 9:30. By 9:45 I had a video text from the service department showing me what they recommended for service. I was able to reply via text or request a call back. I requested a price via text and received a prompt reply. They sent a text when it was complete. And when I picked up my car it had been washed and vacuumed. WOW! I was amazed. I recently brought my son car to a different dealership and they took my car in 3 hours after my appointment time and I had to call them 4 times. They fixed the one thing I bought the car in for and didn’t check to see if anything related needed repair (it did). When I picked up the car they couldn’t find my car keys. I’ll never go there again. Warner Mazda Service Department was awesome! I was truly impressed. More

New brakes, great experience I went up to Werner Mazda strongly suspecting I needed new brakes. Such was the case but the service department was very efficient as they gave my car I went up to Werner Mazda strongly suspecting I needed new brakes. Such was the case but the service department was very efficient as they gave my car an overall check as well as changed the oil. The guys in the sales department were nice enough to loan me a snazzy 2016 Mazda CV-5 to take over to the mall to kill time while waiting. Despite living about 40 minutes from the dealership it's always worth the trip as the staff at this dealership is very friendly and helpful. More
