Bad experience I went to Wesley Chapel Honda (WCH) to trade 2 vehicles for one vehicle and pay the difference in cash. They saw the vehicle I drove to them ad apprai I went to Wesley Chapel Honda (WCH) to trade 2 vehicles for one vehicle and pay the difference in cash. They saw the vehicle I drove to them ad appraised it. I described the second vehicle and showed them photos.and told them it's in very good condition for it's age and they should not expect a perfect vehicle. based on this they gave me the cash amount I need to pay for this trade. I made it clear to them, since it was late in the night, not to make any excuses to raise the cash difference. When my son arrived with the second vehicle one of the sales managers claimed the vehicle needs to be repaired at a body shop. knowing that he was trying to come with an excuse to raise the cash amount for any trivial issue, without any arguments, I told them I don't like this game, took my keys off the table and told my son to start heading home. the next morning the sales manager called and apologized then asked me if I was willing to pay a smaller additional amount. I told him, no I was not interested any more. then the sales person called me and assured me if I come back they will make the original deal with no further issues because he spoke to another manager. I told him I was no longer interested, but he kept calling back and assure me in many different ways it was a deal with no change. I told him since they saw both of my trades, the only way I will come back is if he emails me all paper and I will just come to give them my 2 trades, the heck, sign and take the new vehicle. the sales person kept calling me when I was watching my son playing basketball and told me he emailed a copy and all papers are ready. With not much battery left on my phone I just saw the first page and assume the rest of it is included. I left watching the basketball and went home to take one of the trade vehicles to WCH. It was about 9 pm and raining so I called to tell them will come tomorrow, but the sales person was so pushy so I found someone to help me take the second car and went to WCH. When we got there they figured we made it so far with this rain and there is no way I can resist a raise in the agreed price. I told them this was pathetic and terrible experience and if they thought they got me in a desperate situation they were wrong. and without hesitation I left with disbelief and feeling so sorry for wasting my time and saying to myself someone cheats you once, shame on them, but when they cheat me twice shame on meeeeeeee! More
