We were in for an amazing surprise when Jason Rubin came up to us. The fact the he wasn't pushy is what kept us from leaving. What sealed the deal was how informative he was about all the vehicles and how patient he was with us through the hours we spent there. We told Jason we still had some research to do and he gave us his business card. Unlike other dealerships, not once did we feel pressured. Because of his friendly and professional demeanor, that night before we drove away, my husband and I decided that we would call Jason within the next few days. With the Military Discount, and Honda agreeing to take our Saturn as a trade in, we were able to get the 2017 Honda CR-V (a car I've always wanted). Though we had a little trouble trying to get the silver color we liked, Jason kept in contact and made it worth the wait. He even went above and beyond by lending us a rental while we waited. We are looking forward to being a part of the Honda family. Thank you so very much Jason. I appreciate all of your hard work and everything you did to give me the car of my dreams. I was looking at the Civics at the time but he even also told me about other cars that could be better suited for my life. Other dealerships are too demanding or they just ignore you; never there to provide you with information you didn't know before. Jason explained Honda has a lifetime warranty going on right now too. We sat down and talked numbers. With the discount and trade in it was cutting it close but they worked with me. It took a week longer than planned to get but Jason provided a rental during the wait, and kept in contact. Couldn't blame him for something out of his control. In the end he made it worth the wait. Stephanie Peppler was the person that had helped us from the first inquires we had sent through emails, and guided us through all the potential vehicles and features that we were looking for. She was very personable and never pushy, and out of all the dealerships we have visited in the past month looking for a vehicle, we ended up being very comfortable with our decision to purchase a car from the Wesley Chapel Honda location and feel well informed in the whole process from our test drives of the different vehicles, to the signing of our agreements.Our finance person, Fitz was very thorough and answered all of our questions before we signed anything also. Everything was explained to us in a matter that we clearly understood and agreed upon. Thank you! More

My New Honda Accord Sport SE Has Everyone Looking I was in the lobby waiting on my car to be serviced. I was approached by Kevin. A very welcoming personality. He was concerned about the interest rate situation with my current car. He wanted to see if he could do something about it, and possibly get me into something newer. I don't know how he knew that's what I wanted to do in the first place, because I was upside down in my car. When he recognized that I was a retired service member, he said leave it to me I will get you in a better car and better rate. He said they take care of service members. I didn't think he could do it but he did. Lifetime warranty, new car, a xxxx of a lot better rate. He made sure I picked the car I wanted not coercing me into something I did not want.The test ride was best part. He had me cracking up in there. Great guy. I would definitely advise people to see Kevin Campbell at Wesley Chapel Honda. More

He told me what he thought was wrong and the time estimate to fix it and he was right. Also, I have had a strange noise that happened whenever I turned the wheel for a medium to sharp turn that I have complains about for about 3 years and no one at Wesley Chapel Service could find and repair it,. This is the first time we had Stacy as our service advisor and his service tech, they identified it and fixed it!!! I am so thankful, the noise is gone and it is steering much better. I will always ask for Stacy as my service advisor now. I highly recommend him and his team, they are very knowledgeable and customer focused! More
