We knew Patrick Jones at Wesley Chapel Honda, and he came in $100 cheaper per month for the same car! And we were in and out in no time! He was extremely helpful and advised me on repairs important for reliable, safe, and economical operation. What needed to be replaced and repaired NOW, and what could wait. The timing belt, is a major service, as we waited in the lounge area, we enjoyed fresh brewed coffee, chocolate chips cookies, and other condiments in the kitchen and bar area. My wife and I, and our dog "Lewis" relaxed and rest in the waiting area, watching TV, and conversating with other customers, who's repairs were completed in a timely fashion. I am a Quadriplegic, paralyzed from the neck down, I appreciate the space and room I am given to move freely in and around the dealership in my powered wheelchair. Sales Representative, I spoke with Shamir Bacha about purchasing a new Honda Odyssey, he is a connoisseur of his trade. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and generous, and displays tons of hospitality.
