True Professional I live in Kissimmee, Florida, but Drive 75 minutes to Wesley Chapel Honda. This is my 3rd purchase of a Honda , and I go to Wesley Chapel rather than dealing with my local Honda Dealership because they know how to treat a customer. They don't just try to force you into buying something you don't want. They take the time to understand your wants and needs and have a very knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service Pete Batista was a pleasure to do business with. His professionalism and assistance was top notch. Not once was he the stereotypical pushy sales guy a Pete Batista was a pleasure to do business with. His professionalism and assistance was top notch. Knowledgeable and patient! I went into the dealership with the intention of buying a new vehicle and ended up leasing a Honda Civic. I never thought about leasing before basical I went into the dealership with the intention of buying a new vehicle and ended up leasing a Honda Civic. I never thought about leasing before basically because I didn't know much about it. Peter is very knowledgeable and patient. Maintenance service I came to the dealership to get my car serviced for the maintenance and as I pulled up NELSON URENA greeted me with a big smile. He was very kind and I came to the dealership to get my car serviced for the maintenance and as I pulled up NELSON URENA greeted me with a big smile. He was very kind and very polite. He was helpful and took very good care of me. He told me the service may take 1 hour to 1 hour & 30minutes due to it being so busy. Well the service ended up only taking 45minutes. He was a GREAT help! Look forward to seeing him the next time I come back for maintenance. NELSON URENA you are awesome!!! More
